A. Yes.
Was this massacre inevitable
Q. Who is to blame?

A. The immoral Presidents who began the war and the immoral members of Congress who supported the war without officially declaring it a war. And the media who attempted to sell us the war.

Q. How did the policy action of not declaring a war lead to the deaths?

A. It leads to innocent civilian deaths by allowing combatants to fight multiple tours.

Q. What could we do, we had no draft?

A. Have a draft. A draft lessens casualties because we have fresh untried soldiers fighting and getting killed rather than tired soldiers getting killed. Err, I mean the casualties are less. But we are unable to draft because it is unpopular with the voters.

Q. What about guilt, many of the readers think Sgt. Bales should be punished?

A. It is easy for individuals with their asses in a chair in front of Fox television to say that. Isn't that what morality is all about, blaming people?
